Software includes all Microsoft application and development programs. Hardware consists of any brake and fix problems,  working with IBM industrials and HP Vectras, HP printers, Zebra printers. Provide LAN support for  NT 4.0 servers, and workstations, also  network laptops & desktops to connect to different domains. Good knowledge of mainframe applications, using EPCLIENT 6.4.

Performed troubleshooting, print servers and print Jobs, and following supervisor's instructions to maintain the quality of work standards.
